崗位職責(zé)：1.協(xié)助招投標(biāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備招投標(biāo)所需的文件和資料；2.協(xié)助管理招投標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫，維護(hù)注冊證信息；3.收集招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的歷史數(shù)據(jù)，包括投標(biāo)人姓名，SBU，注冊信息，產(chǎn)品以及價格；4.其他招投標(biāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)安排的工作。崗位要求：1.大專及以上學(xué)歷；2.1年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；3.熟悉CRM、SAP或ERP系統(tǒng)的操作，并能熟練通過辦公軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析；4.熟練WORD,OUTLOOK和EXCEL等辦公軟件，有較強(qiáng)的文案及數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。日薪：150元/天Job Responsibilities:1.Support tendering team to prepare documentation for tender participation2.Maintain tender database , filing per registration license with full set docsunder team leader direction3.Collect historic information from tendering system , including tender name , involved SBU, registration, product and price4.Set up and maintain shared folder to assist SBU retrieve the docs on the proper way5.Other task assigned by tendering teamRequirements?College degree or above.?1+ years working experience?Be familiar with data processing system such as CRM or SAP or ERP. Be able to utilize the software smoothly for analysis.?Be good at office software such as WORD, OUTLOOK, and EXCEL. Be capable for details of words and numbers.The labor contract will be signed with Fesco.
